safuia is a managed room-matching service operating a pilot in Accra. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it. It is a summary of our current pilot practices, not legal advice.
What we collect
When you submit a room request, we collect the details you give us — your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, and your preferences (room type, area, budget, move-in timing and notes). If you apply as an agent or landlord, we collect the details on that form.
How we use it
We use your request to check suitable available rooms and to contact you on WhatsApp about your request. We use partner applications to review and, where appropriate, approve partners.
What we do not do
We do not share your phone number with a property contact or agent without your permission. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping your data
We keep your request for as long as needed to help with your search and to improve the service during the pilot. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
