These terms describe how the safuia pilot works. By submitting a request or application, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for the pilot, not legal advice.
What safuia is
safuia collects room requests, reviews available property information, and introduces renters to suitable options. safuia does not own the listed properties.
What safuia does not guarantee
safuia does not guarantee that a property will remain available, and prices, fees and availability can change. Always confirm the property, total costs, and final rental agreement before paying.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for viewing any property, confirming its condition and terms directly, and deciding whether to proceed. Never send money before viewing a property and confirming the terms directly.
Partners
Submitting a partner application does not automatically create a safuia partner account. We review applications before approval, and partners agree to submit only genuine listings and to update us when a room becomes unavailable.
Changes
As this is an early pilot, the service and these terms may change. We will keep this page current.
